At ModzTech we strive to make your order as seamless as possible by shipping out your order within 24-48 hours time once we receive it.

It is important that you provide your correct mailing address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges to reship the order to the correct address.

Sales Tax

California residents pay 9.75% sales tax.

No sales tax for buyers outside California or International buyers.

Product Replacements

Contact us immediately if you have any issues with the product. We will do our best to assist you.

Allowed for same product if defective or the incorrect item has been received.

All sales are final but if the product is defective we will replace it if the item is shipped back to us within 14 days time of receipt of item.

Buyer must cover shipping the item back to us while we will cover shipping of the replacement item back to the customer.

Again, all issues must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of product.
